At Threshfield Primary School, we strongly believe in developing children as respectful Citizens of the World, who actively engage in activities to bring about positive social change, sustainable changes to care for our world and an appreciation of individuality and equality between all people.
Through all avenues of our school, we ensure the Personal, Spiritual, Moral, Social and Cultural development of our children is threaded, from the learning behaviours and values celebrated in weekly assemblies, to the meaningful exploration of their own and other cultures through our religious education curriculum. Our geography curriculum has been carefully constructed to give the children an appreciation of different areas around the world, their geographical features and their comparison to our locality and our core-spine of reading books enables the children to travel the world.
Throughout school, our work and appreciation of various different charities, enhances the children’s empathic reflections of others around the world.
