At Threshfield Primary School, our purpose is to educate the children, making them prepared for the big wide world. But enthusiasm and inspiration makes an enormous difference to what we remember and why we remember it. We believe that giving the children the best start includes giving them something to remember for the rest of their lives.

Our ambitious, interesting and progressive curriculum is enriched with our curriculum enhancements. Our uniquely designed curriculum is taught within a positive environment where children are praised and taught the skills of preservice and resilience; where failure is not seen negativity but as a stepping stone in learning. Enabling children to know that success if never easy but something that must be worked for.
Our children work in safe environments where there are able to make mistakes and grow from them. Relationships in school are very important to us and we build a culture of respect, kindness, thoughtfulness and inclusion from the very beginning of a child’s journey.
We see ourselves as one family and we respect and nurture of each other.
Within our environment and with the learning provided the children are able to discover themselves, find their passions and take their enjoyment of learning and discovery with them.
