We hope that you are all managing to stay safe and well during this difficult time.
It can feel a little overwhelming at times with all of the news reports, changes to routine and structure and just not knowing when normality will return. We hope that like us at school, you've been taking part in the Joe Wicks Workout in the mornings and if not, are at least managing to enjoy a walk or run.
Making sure that we care about our wellbeing & mental health is just as important as looking after our physical health. We have put together some resources for you that might make it a little easier to get through the times ahead. We will update these resources from time to time with more things for you all to do as a family or for your children to complete.
